GOBERNANZA DE LA SALUD Y ACCESO A LA VACUNA COVID-19 EN VENEZUELA

Resumo


Venezuela's epidemiological situation regarding other communicable diseases before COVID-19 was alarming. As a result, the projection of the virus behavior in the country was daunting. Paradoxically, the previous isolation conditions made the contagion bend rectilinear, contrasting with the virus spread in Latin America. Now, it is time to clear up the inquires through the health governance in three temporal spaces. In the past, to identify the factors that conditioned the functioning of the disease in Venezuela. In the present, the vaccination's rollout within an interesting dynamic of international cooperation between Venezuela /Allied-States and between Venezuela / COVAX. In the future, through a legal view to safeguarding the right to health in light of international human rights law.
